Returns - Exchanges

You may exchange items within 30 days, with a 15% restock fee.

• 30 days is determined from the date of purchase.
• We do not full-refund orders, exchanges or store credit only.
• All returned items must be in the same condition as when you purchased it, in original packaging, with all manuals and warranty card. Returns should show no signs of wear or abuse.
• All repair or service costs required to put items into original condition as when purchased will be deducted from the store credit.
• We will not accept more than 1 return per purchase.
• Client is responsable for returning the item at his/her costs including the insurance of the total amount of the purchase.
• No exchanges for microphones, interfaces, or controllers or any items with downloads codes.
• Special order, wind or brass instruments : final sale.
